Responsibilities:

• Managing the HR inbox
• Reviewing call-outs
• ADP data entry
• Completing terminations in the system
• Supporting term proposals
• Filling correction actions
• Supporting new hire orientation
• Swag orders

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in an HR-related role.
• Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support company-wide HR functions.
• Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is a plus.
