Pay Rate: $26.00 – $34.00 per hour
Shift: 2 PM – 12 AM | Monday – Thursday + Fridays as needed

Can You Run the Floor?

• 3 years of lead and machine operator experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Experience using micrometers and calipers required
• Proven track record of reliability and job longevity

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a production team on the floor
• Operate wire winding machines & assist with assembly
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure precision
• Ensure quality standards and accurate measurements are met
• Troubleshoot issues and work with engineering to improve processes
• Promote safety, organization (5S), and continuous improvement
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and lifts as needed
