1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM OR Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3rd Shift | Sunday Night-Thursday Night, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM OR Monday Night-Thursday Night, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
4th Shift | Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

To Crush This Job

• GED or diploma required
• Past machine operator or warehouse experience
• Knows how to keep machines running right
• Eye for detail, doesn’t cut corners
• Fit enough for lifting, standing, and grinding it out
• Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic

Your Role on the Floor

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, control plans, routers, job instructions, and tools.
• Must be able to learn, apply, and retain techniques, concepts, and procedures to continuously improve products, processes, and services.
• Maintain flexibility to move to different work areas to meet the delivery expectations of customers and the productivity of the plant.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and as required.
• Use of scales, calipers, adjustable, direct-reading, and fixed gauges to set up, operate, and check work quality.
