As a Reach Truck Operator in Clayton, you’ll keep pallets moving and product flowing with expert precision. This is where skill meets balance, and every lift proves you’re built for the work. Keep it safe, keep it steady, keep it moving.

What Gets You on the Floor

• Previous reach truck experience
• Knows warehouse layout and racking systems
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. safely
• Keeps safety front and center
• Dependable, focused, and team-driven
• Basic math skills and ability to follow simple instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and move to designated storage areas.
• Read production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents to determine material needs.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Organize and store inventory on racks, shelves, or bins based on product specifications.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving and distribution tracking.
• Label and identify materials appropriately.
• Weigh or count materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Prepare shipments and support packaging and mailing activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
