What You Bring to the Crew

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of cherry picker/reach truck experience
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. safely and consistently
• Safety and focus on every run

The Day-to-Day

• Operate a cherry picker
• Pull products
• Use an RF scanner
• Replenish the picking lines
