Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available | 12-hour Rotating Schedule | 5:45 AM – 6 PM & 5:45 PM – 6 AM | 2 – 2 – 3 Schedule

What Gets You on the Line

Shop-Floor Smarts: Manufacturing experience a plus.
The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 50 lbs), keeping count.
Character: Reliable, focused, and always safety-minded.

What You’ll Do

• Load cardboard cores and materials onto extrusion machines
• Assist the shift supervisor with daily production activities
• Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate production records
• Package finished products according to customer specifications
• Monitor production lines and report equipment or process issues
• Assist with machine adjustments and setup as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional production and operational tasks as assigned
