Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 7:30 am – 4 pm, Mon – Fri (OT as needed)

• Previous laboratory or quality control experience
• Experience working with adhesives, coatings, or chemical products is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills

Requirements

• Perform routine lab testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Record and document test results accurately in quality systems and lab reports
• Follow established testing procedures and quality control protocols
• Assist with troubleshooting product quality concerns and identifying potential improvements
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies within the lab environment
• Support production and quality teams to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications
