A Day on the Job

• Perform welding and fabrication operations, including layout, fit-up, and welding using various processes such as:
  • SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and Sub-Arc.
• Start your shift by setting up gear and materials.
• Lay down strong, consistent welds that meet exact specs.
• Inspect, grind, and finish pieces to keep quality top-notch.
• Team up with co-workers to keep production moving.
