What You Will Bring: 

• 1 year of recent, verifiable experience operating at least one powered industrial truck (cherry picker, reach truck, EPJ, or forklift).
• Comfortable working at heights for cherry picker assignments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and stand for full shifts.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet company safety standards, including color-vision requirements.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience in apparel distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, or high-volume warehouse operations a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial trucks, including cherry pickers, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), pallet jacks, and sit-down forklifts.
• Perform order picking, put-away, replenishment, and cycle counting to support accurate inventory control.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain organized warehouse conditions and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, product damage, or quality concerns to leadership.
• Support special projects, including tagging, labeling, sample handling, and peak season fulfillment initiatives.
• Meet daily productivity goals while ensuring accurate documentation and scanning compliance.
