Here’s what we’re looking for.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preference for candidates pursuing a science or engineering-related undergraduate degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively while demonstrating initiative and accountability
• Foundational laboratory skills, including data generation, scientific methods, and basic data analysis
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment interfaces and computer tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve

What You’ll Do

• Perform laboratory testing on materials and commercial products
• Conduct physical testing of R&D samples, including tensile testing, microscopy, and related methods
• Collaborate with a diverse research and engineering team while providing verbal updates in a professional lab setting
• Prepare written summaries, data reports, status updates, and trial documentation
• Contribute to technical letters, reports, presentations, and publications as needed
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and actively promote a safe, compliant work environment
• Support a respectful, inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines both independently and within a team
