From First Beep to Final Pallet
Here’s what you’ll need to knock it out like a pro:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of forklift experience
• Comfortable performing heavy duties outside of PIT operation
• Valid forklift cert or ability to get one
• Lift 50 pounds and keep pace on your feet
• Reliable, on time, and crew-focused
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, wrapping, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Moving stock to correct locations, assisting with cycle counts, and using RF scanners for tracking.
• Safety & Maintenance: Performing daily equipment inspections (battery, fuel, fluids), reporting defects, and maintaining clean work areas.
• Documentation: Completing forms, recording movements, and reporting issues.
