Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM — no weekends!

• A friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused personality
• Strong computer, typing, and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational habits
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, or title work is a plus — but not required
• Assist with New Construction Draws and help manage Closing Files
• Support the preparation and drafting of real estate closing documents
• Schedule closings and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Learn the full real estate closing process from start to finish
• Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth transactions
• Keep files organized, maintain deadlines, and support team communication
