Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 12 AM – 10 AM

What We Are Looking For: 

• Open-air cross-dock (exposed to outdoor weather conditions)
• Non-climate-controlled – heat, cold, and humidity depending on season
• Fast-paced, high-volume shipping operation
• Loud environment with constant movement of freight and equipment
• Frequent lifting of 60 lbs. (team lift for heavier items)

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight from trucks in a cross dock environment
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets to meet shipping requirements
• Pull product from conveyor belts and organize by route or destination
• Sort, stage, and move materials quickly and accurately
• Ensure proper weight distribution and secure pallet builds
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipment deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and lifting guidelines
