Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Staffmark is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Columbia, SC, supporting a trusted client that provides mental health services. This is a rewarding opportunity for a CNA who is passionate about patient care, behavioral health, and making a real impact every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on patient care and active treatment, including leading therapeutic groups
• Complete CNA assessments, admissions, and annual documentation
• Support the development and implementation of Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with care standards
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support individualized care plans
• Assist with patient mobility, including lifting, transferring, and wheelchair support

What You Bring:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or patient care preferred
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations across all life stages
• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, push, and pull

Training & Requirements:

• Maintain CPR certification and required training (MAPS/MANDT, SCEIS, etc.)
• Basic computer skills for documentation and patient records
