Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM | 2 – 2 – 3 Schedule | Work every other weekend

You’ll be the one owning the daily hustle. Do you have what it takes? 

• Oversee general production activities of temporary staff during shifts.
• Attendance management, project area setup, and hands-on training in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain clear communication with other team leads regarding staffing and concerns.
• Actively participate on the production line by operating packaging equipment, supporting changeovers, and ensuring CILs and centerlines are followed.
• Evaluating team dynamics while providing constructive feedback to support employee development.
