Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift: 7 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled Hand Soldering Associate to assemble and repair electronic components using hand soldering techniques. You’ll work from schematics and specifications while maintaining high workmanship standards and supporting overall production goals.

• Minimum one (1) year of hand soldering experience required
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality solder connections
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
• Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components and assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect solder joints to ensure proper connection, alignment, and workmanship
• Read and interpret basic assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety standards
• Follow all company quality, safety, and production procedures
• Perform additional assembly or production tasks as assigned
