This employee portal lets you update personal information—such as your address, tax status, and direct deposit details—and access paystubs, W‑2s, and important documents, including state notices and wage verification instructions.

How to login if I forgot password and login?

What is the website for onboarding?

How do I recover my password?
To recover your password use the forgot password link OR select the one time passcode option.
How do I recover my email?
The email address you used to apply will be your email to login.
- If you cannot remember the email address, please contact the IT support team at (855)-801-8451 for assistance.
- Ask them to verify the email address in your Workbright profile.
Who can I contact if I can't login to onboarding?

How do I know if I have completed my onboarding?
Onboarding is completed once Section (2) of the I-9 is finished and the progress bar in Workbright shows all documents are done.
Error Message: The uploaded image is unclear, and information cannot be extracted.
- Ensure the uploaded image is clear and well-lit.
- If the system does not autofill the fields, manually enter the missing details (e.g., Driver’s License number and expiration date).
- If the issue persists, reattempt the upload with a higher-quality image.
Slow Loading or Errors When Uploading Documents
- Switch to a faster internet connection (Wi-Fi over mobile data, if possible).
- Use Google Chrome instead of Safari for better performance.
- Try accessing Workbright on a different device to see if the issue persists.
How do I restart the authorized representative process?
If you need to restart the I9 In-Person Review with a new representative, there’s an option to “Click here if you need to choose a different person and start over.”
What if my authorized represenative doesn't want to share their location?
You can use the QR code scanning method instead. After entering the representative’s phone number, they will receive a link with a QR code.
How do I access my pay stubs?
To view your paystubs log into Employee Workplace .
