Job Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain facility cleanliness
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
• Clean offices, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other common areas
• Maintain floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and interior building surfaces
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Clean and sanitize fitness and gym areas
• Follow all safety procedures, cleaning schedules, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and basic repairs
• Support painting projects and facility renovations as assigned
• Report maintenance and repair concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and visitors

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
• Basic maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, stretch, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Ability to work in an active environment and move throughout the facility regularly
