Job Description:

NOW HIRING: OVERHEAD BRIDGE CRANE OPERATOR

Location: Memphis, TN
Employment Type: Direct HirePay: $20.00/hour ($18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential)

Schedule: 

Day Shift: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday
Night Shift: 4:30 PM-3:00 AM, Monday-Thursday

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent overhead bridge crane operating experience required
  • Experience moving, positioning, and transporting large materials safely
  • Strong understanding of load control and safe material handling practices
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong spatial awareness and attention to surroundings
  • Ability to safely perform repetitive crane operations throughout the workday
Job Duties
  • Operate an overhead bridge crane to lift, move, stage, and position materials
  • Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance concerns
  • Follow all safety procedures and load capacity requirements
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to move materials efficiently
  • Maintain awareness of personnel and equipment in the work area
  • Ensure loads are transported safely and accurately
  • Support daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
