Requireemnts

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance is required, including every other weekend

Job Duties

• Assist with production operations in a manufacturing environment
• Lift materials weighing up to 32 lbs throughout the shift
• Work safely in a hot environment for the duration of the shift
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Wear required PPE and maintain a clean work area
• Support production goals and team objectives

Physical Capabilities

• Stand for the full 12-hour shift
• Frequently bend, move, reach, and lift throughout the day
• Work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Must wear steel-toed boots or shoes (employee provided)
