Job Duties

• Assemble small automotive parts on a production line according to specifications.
• Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to support efficient production operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional assembly and production-related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for up to 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of hands, arms, and upper body movements to assemble components.
• Ability to work in a production environment while maintaining attention to detail.

What You Will Do

As a Production Line Associate you will assemble products, verify components, inspect completed work, package finished items, and prepare products for storage or shipment. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized workstations, use hand tools and assembly equipment as needed, identify quality concerns, and support safe, efficient warehouse and production operations.
