Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous shipping, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience preparing orders, packaging products, and processing shipments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the workday.

Job Duties

• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments.
• Pull, verify, and stage orders for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Inspect orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Organize inventory and assist with warehouse operations.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with additional shipping and warehouse duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
