Location: Muncie, IN (and surrounding areas)

Pay Rate: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour

Shifts: Multiple Shifts (8hr-10hr-12hr shifts) 1st, 2nd, 3rd

We’re seeking to fill multiple positions, including Machine operator, operator assistant, production assembly, packing, picking, CNC Op, line loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, warehouse, forklift Associates. What You’ll Need to Bring (Requirements)

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Machine operation experience
• Assembly and production line experience
• CNC operation experience
• Picking, packing, and order fulfillment skills
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience
• Ability to load and unload materials
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality
• Dependable work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards
• Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and job responsibilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the position
