Now hiring for a Production Associate
Location: Windsor, CT
Pay Rate: $17.83 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Multiple Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • 1st Shift Weekend: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Thursday–Sunday
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Job Duties
  • Operate production, printing, inserting, and bindery equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
  • Feed, monitor, and adjust materials throughout the production process.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
  • Sort, prepare, process, and package materials for shipment or distribution.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns as needed.
  • Complete production records, system entries, and required documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures while meeting production goals and deadlines.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, printing, machine operation, or quality inspection preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience operating production equipment are beneficial.
  • Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset required.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Safely work around machinery and production equipment.
  • Maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
