Job Duties

• Tracks assembly line status, machine run times, and completes assembly daily production report, ensuring customer quality targets are met through best practices Operates assembly machines in safe manner to meet daily production requirements.
• Follows safety procedures, work instructions and standards for each equipment and/or process.
• Provides communication to supervisor in regards to machine status, assembly targets, results and any other issues.
• Communicates with shift leader floor status.
• Maintains clean and orderly work space through 6S principles and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Performs Quality and Machine checks as required Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 35 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Assurance Associate you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
