• Receive, store, move, pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify inventory quantities, product quality, and order accuracy.
• Replenish stock and maintain organized warehouse storage locations.
• Load and unload trailers while following safety and quality standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipping issues.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to use warehouse technology, scanners, and inventory systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to load and unload materials in varying warehouse conditions.
• Ability to work in environments with changing temperatures, dust, and noise.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing physical warehouse duties.
