Location: Kearny, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

• At least 1 year of inventory management, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain experience
• Customer service experience required
• Experience working with vendor-managed inventory (VMI), stockrooms, or inventory control preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Active MSHA certification required

• Process customer orders for PPE and safety supplies
• Communicate with vendors regarding inventory and order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
• Restock and manage onsite vending machine inventory
• Assist customers with inventory-related questions and requests
• Track inventory usage and report discrepancies
• Follow inventory control procedures and service standards

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting
• Must wear steel-toe shoes
• Ability to work safely around industrial environments and safety equipment
