Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification required or ability to successfully complete company forklift training within the first 30 days of employment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and shipping documentation.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 months of forklift operation experience preferred.
- At least 6 months of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking, shipping procedures, and warehouse safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment for the majority of the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable work ethic and strong commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for up to 80% of the shift.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and assigned shifts as needed.
Job Duties
- Safely operate forklifts and powered material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products.
- Pull, prepare, and verify customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and product selection.
- Inspect inbound and outbound products for damage, infestations, code dates, and customer specifications.
- Verify load accuracy, stability, counts, and product condition before shipment.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation to support inventory accuracy.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Follow OSHA, MSDS, and company safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.
- Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
