Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification required or ability to successfully complete company forklift training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and shipping documentation.

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 months of forklift operation experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking, shipping procedures, and warehouse safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial equipment for the majority of the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable work ethic and strong commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for up to 80% of the shift.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and assigned shifts as needed.

Job Duties

• Safely operate forklifts and powered material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products.
• Pull, prepare, and verify customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and product selection.
• Inspect inbound and outbound products for damage, infestations, code dates, and customer specifications.
• Verify load accuracy, stability, counts, and product condition before shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Follow OSHA, MSDS, and company safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
