Location: Annandale, MN
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 

  • 1st Shift
  • Monday – Thursday (6:45 AM – 4:00 PM) + Fridays (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Job Dutie

  • Assemble and package items using hand, power tools, or automatic machines
  • Inspect parts/tools during assembly
  • Assist in training other workers (regular or temporary staffing agency) on daily processes and quality standards

Requirements

  • 3 months of previous industrial assembly experience 
  • Able to lift 35 lbs. + stand for 8 hours a day
  • Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling products according to engineering specifications and production requirements. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

A successful Assembler understands assembly processes, quality standards, hand tool operation, and workplace safety while maintaining efficient production and consistent workmanship. Precision and reliability are essential characteristics for long-term success.
