Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
- Experience with branch operations, customer accounts, deposits, lending support, or financial services
- Knowledge of banking compliance, security procedures, and risk management practices

Job Duties
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch employees
- Monitor branch performance, deposits, sales goals, and operational results
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist clients with banking products and financial service solutions
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies
- Support employee training, performance management, and accountability
- Participate in community outreach and local business development efforts
- Review branch reports and implement strategies to improve performance
