Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 5 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret work instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices in a production environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and production standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or material handling equipment.
  • Ability to successfully complete forklift certification requirements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of electrical enclosures, industrial equipment, or panel assembly is a plus.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds with assistance when required.
  • Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and squatting for extended periods.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
  • Able to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery while following workplace safety procedures.

Job Duties

  • Assemble electrical enclosures, components, and related parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and quality standards to ensure accurate builds.
  • Inspect, modify, and adjust parts as needed to ensure proper fit and function.
  • Perform testing and verification procedures to meet customer and production requirements.
  • Operate forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
  • Assist with additional tasks, overtime, and production needs as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Case Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Case Assembler plays an important role in manufacturing by assembling products that meet engineering specifications and customer expectations. This position requires technical ability, strong work habits, and careful attention to assembly quality.
