Now Hiring – Overnight Mail Processor
Location: Urbancrest, OH
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift
*Start between 7 PM and 10 PM; shift ends as late as 6:30 AM

The Mission (Job Duties)
Grab an RF scanner and get to work: read the screen, key in package IDs and zip codes, weigh each piece, and slap the postage label exactly where it belongs. Envelopes, boxes, the occasional heavier lift up to 50 lbs — you’ll handle it all without breaking stride.

What You Will Do
As a Mail Processor, you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
A Mail Processor supports efficient warehouse and distribution operations by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This position combines organization, attention to detail, and dependable work habits to help maintain reliable order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
The Mail Processor requires strong productivity, safe work practices, and the ability to perform warehouse responsibilities while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Mail Processor.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
