Location: Haslet, TX
Pay Rate: $16.50 – $18.25 per hour
Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday – Friday | Overtime on Saturdays as needed

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

- Support customers and internal teams by resolving order, shipping, and inventory issues promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and operational skills.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while driving workflow and accuracy improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Track and report key performance metrics, using data insights to drive decisions and enhance efficiency.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Coordinator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
- Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
