Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Have familiarity with picking, packing, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations.
• Reach forklift expereince is a plus.
• Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment is beneficial.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Process shipments and assist with receiving incoming products and materials.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order information for accuracy.
• Move, stage, organize, and store inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load, unload, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices.
• Handle wellness and nutritional products according to company guidelines.
• Work with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and production goals.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
