Location: Foley, MN
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or coursework in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a plus
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Replace worn or defective components as needed
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation
- Assist with equipment installations, setups, and relocations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices
- Support production by responding to maintenance requests promptly
- Assist with facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
- Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

What You Will Do
As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
