Location: Independence, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
Experience Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience using hand tools and pneumatic tools in a production environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and document inspection results accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fiberglass, resins, composites, or structural materials preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a full shift and full workweek.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing at least 35 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an enclosed underground industrial facility with climate-controlled conditions.
- Ability to work on uneven surfaces and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Duties
- Assemble fiberglass hatch covers, gates, and related products according to engineering drawings and product specifications.
- Build and fabricate products using fiberglass, resins, and structural materials.
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform quality inspections and record testing and inspection results in accordance with company procedures.
- Interpret work instructions, quality requirements, and production specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and customer expectations.
- Perform other manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
As a Manufacturing Technician you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
