Pay Rate: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7 AM – 4 PM

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software required.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, scheduling, and operational processes.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, service operations, project coordination, inside sales, operations management, or field service administration.
  • Proven ability to coordinate project schedules, installations, service calls, and operational resources.
  • Experience managing customer communications and resolving service-related issues.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, equipment distribution, building products, or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination is a plus.

  • Strong customer relationship management and account support skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, maintenance needs, scheduling, and project updates.
  • Coordinate installation schedules, service appointments, and project timelines from inception through completion.
  • Manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, materials procurement, and equipment coordination.
  • Utilize business software and reporting systems for scheduling, project tracking, purchasing, and operational oversight.
  • Assign workforce resources and manage daily operational activities to ensure service excellence.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Resolve customer concerns, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and operational performance.
