Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills required.
- Ability to read, understand, and process shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory records.
Experience Requirements
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping documentation.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.

- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and on your feet for extended periods.
Job Duties
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, receiving records, and inventory transactions.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, organize, load, and unload materials safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, communicate with carriers and vendors, and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What You Will Do
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
