Pay Rate: $17.30 per hour
Schedule: 

  • 1st Shift | Monday – Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 4 PM
  • 8 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 9 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using an RF scanner.
  • Read and follow pick tickets, shipping documents, and product labels to ensure order accuracy.
  • Perform basic computer data entry and update order information within warehouse systems.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packaging and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
  • Support additional warehouse, shipping, and inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order picking experience preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime based on business demands.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout an entire shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

Successful Warehouse Associate candidates understand warehouse organization, inventory procedures, shipping processes, and safe material handling while supporting efficient daily operations. Reliable performance contributes directly to customer satisfaction.
