Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional coursework in business, administration, or data management is a plus.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
Experience Requirements
- Prior data entry, administrative support, or office experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to review, organize, and update data.
- Experience working with ERP systems or business software preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent written communication and email management skills.
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated work style.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and multiple software applications.

- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Duties
- Monitor purchase order dates, statuses, and updates within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Update ERP system records using information received through emails, Excel spreadsheets, and other business systems.
- Verify and maintain accurate purchase order data and documentation.
- Research discrepancies and ensure timely system updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support order tracking and data accuracy.
