Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • Previous assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience using drill presses, automatic band saws, and belt sanders
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
Job Duties
  • Assemble metal components and products according to blueprints and specifications
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Read and follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings
  • Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Fab Shop Associate.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
