Salary: $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: 4 AM – 12 PM | Monday – Friday
Weekends as needed

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems, shipping software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and maintain operational reports and shipment documentation.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, logistics processes, and customer service best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing inbound shipments, staging operations, and delivery scheduling.
  • Ability to manage employee performance, staffing levels, and daily workflow priorities.
  • Strong customer relationship management and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with scanning systems, inventory tracking, and shipping software.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and effectively resolve operational issues.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift.
  • Capable of assisting with loading, unloading, scanning, staging, and moving packages as needed.
  • Ability to lift and move packages consistent with warehouse operations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution and logistics environment.

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound shipments, staging, delivery preparation, and employee productivity.
  • Lead and support warehouse staff while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met.
  • Review and verify deliveries to ensure orders are accurate and ready for distribution.
  • Assist with scanning, unloading, staging, and organizing packages for delivery when needed.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding deliveries, service issues, and shipment status updates.
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies, operational challenges, and employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Review next-day delivery schedules and staffing requirements to ensure operational readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements to enhance warehouse performance.
