Pay Rate: $20.00 – $29.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Job Duties
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components into complete compressor systems using drawings and bills of materials.
- Perform precise alignment, measurement, and electrical/pressure testing.
- Document work orders via company computer systems and maintain inventory traceability.
- Execute complex alignment and measurement activities such as backlash calibration and axial play positioning to ensure compliance with technical specs.
- Connect compressors to testing consoles, operate automated test programs, diagnose issues via fault identification, troubleshoot effectively, and implement corrective actions within set timelines.
- Perform comprehensive functional and static testing such as oil, air, and water pressure evaluations as well as electrical safety checks including grounding, insulation resistance and full system functional tests.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation following 5S and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Technical voctational training is a strong asset.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years in mechanical, electrical, or heavy industrial assembly.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
