Location: Pioneer, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedules Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements
  • Entry-level position
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
  • Willingness to learn and assist in other departments as needed
Job Duties
  • Operate production machinery and equipment
  • Assemble, inspect, and package finished products
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Use small hand tools and air tools
  • Perform quality inspections on products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Support production goals and team operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

As a Production Assembler you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
