Location: Tustin, CA
$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

You stay cool under pressure and make productivity look good. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with document preparation, scanning, or records management experience. You’ll play a key role in converting physical documents into digital records while ensuring accuracy, organization, and quality throughout the process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of document preparation, scanning, records management, or related experience
  • Experience working in a production-driven or office environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow customer specifications and adapt to changing requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare paper documents for scanning according to customer specifications
  • Scan high volumes of documents using automatic feeder and flatbed scanners
  • Adjust scanner settings to ensure accurate image quality and document capture
  • Process and prep 3 or more boxes of documents daily
  • Log document and box numbers for future retrieval and tracking
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of scanning equipment
  • Assist with document indexing and organization of digital records
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Follow all department procedures and complete additional tasks assigned by leadership

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
