Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 4 PM) Weekend availability is a must

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience preferred
- Training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, mechanical systems, or related skilled trades is a plus
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- 2-5 years of commercial building maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or skilled trades experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building maintenance best practices
- Ability to use work order management systems, tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with plumbing and sewer line cleanout preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel locally between customer locations daily
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders regularly
- Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and elevated work areas
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle and maintenance equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues
- Complete work orders, inspections, service reports, and quality documentation using mobile technology
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Coordinate materials and supplies needed for assigned tasks
- Follow OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company compliance standards
- Assist with project estimates and recommend facility improvement solutions
- Support emergency repairs and ongoing property maintenance needs across multiple customer sites

What You Will DoAs a Commercial Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
