Location: City Of Industry, CA
$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Looking for Receiving Clerk jobs in City Of Industry where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and accurately processing incoming materials, components, and equipment. This position works closely with Purchasing, Production, Inventory Control, and Quality teams to ensure materials meet company standards and are available when needed.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- 1+ years of receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar is preferred.
- Manufacturing, electronics, or industrial environment experience is a plus.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect materials for accuracy, completeness, and visible damage.
- Enter receipts into the ERP/inventory management system.
- Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Coordinate with Quality Control on inspections and non-conforming materials.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies and delivery issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Support warehouse, shipping, and production operations as needed.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
