Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences required
  • Lean Manufacturing training preferred
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial engineering and project management experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of project management, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, ISO standards, and health & safety practices
Job Duties
  • Lead engineering teams in developing and improving manufacturing processes for metal and titanium products
  • Direct tooling department and provide oversight to mandrel shop operations
  • Analyze manufacturing performance and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
  • Manage engineering projects, facility upgrades, and equipment improvement initiatives
  • Develop standard operating procedures, routings, and process documentation
  • Monitor equipment effectiveness and support maintenance reliability efforts
  • Train, coach, and supervise engineering staff while driving accountability and performance
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to establish priorities and support operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and security requirements
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to move throughout a manufacturing facility
  • Capability to inspect equipment and production processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customers
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
