Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. Duties include sweeping, mopping, removing debris and waste, cleaning work areas and equipment, and assisting with general labor tasks as needed. Operates a sit-down forklift to safely move materials, pallets, and supplies throughout the facility. Follows all company safety procedures and maintains a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures preferred

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility
• Sweep, mop, and clean production areas, workstations, and equipment
• Remove debris, waste, and recyclable materials throughout the facility
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, pallets, and supplies safely
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed
• Inspect work areas and help maintain a hazard-free environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support overall facility cleanliness and organization

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
