Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
Schedules: 

  • 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18.50 per hour
  • 2nd Shift | 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM | $19.50 per hour
  • 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $19.50 per hour

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain required certification.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous stand-up forklift or warehouse equipment operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift in warehouse, trailer, and production environments.
  • Basic math and reading skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet productivity expectations.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety procedures is preferred.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing approximately 25–50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely maneuver equipment in tight warehouse, production, and trailer spaces.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments and non-climate-controlled conditions when required.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of pedestrians, machinery, materials, and surrounding work areas.

What You Will Do

As a Stand Up Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Stand Up Forklift Operator safely operates powered industrial equipment to transport materials throughout warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. This role combines equipment operation, warehouse awareness, and attention to detail to support efficient inventory movement and daily operations.

Successful Stand Up Forklift Operator professionals understand safe forklift operation, inventory handling, warehouse organization, and material movement while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Reliability and situational awareness are essential characteristics for long-term success.
